Policies
Check In/Out:
Check in time is between 2pm-9pm, later check in is available by pre-arrangement.
Check out is 10am. Late checkouts must be arranged and may not always be granted. If you fail to check out on time, there will be a late check out fee of $30/hour.
A valid credit card, photo ID and car registration are required upon check-in, or a refundable bond of 1 night accommodation fees will be required as a security deposit. Debit credit credit card is not regarded as a valid credit card.
Children:
Children under 2 are free of charge provided they are sharing the bed with adult. Children over 2 will be charged $30/night/child.
Cancellation or Modification:
Cancellation or Modification must be made 72 hours prior to 2pm on the arrival date, or 1 night accommodation fee will be charged. This policy is not applicable for Non-refundable bookings.
Payment for the entire booking will be charged for No Shows.
Damages/Cleaning:
Any excessive cleaning required over and above our normal cleaning standards will incur an applicable charge. Any Damages or Loss/Theft of equipment from your apartment will be charged at replacement value.
Smoking:
We have a NO SMOKING policy and guests smoking in rooms will incur a penalty of $250 plus any additional charges over and above this value. Management has the ability to remove occupants if deemed necessary.
Valuables:
Abbey Motor Lodge will not be held liable for any occupant's valuables or equipment (goods of value) whilst staying with us.
Visitors:
Visitors are welcome but must park their vehicle on the street and vacate the property by 10pm.
Payment Policy:
In addition to the above Terms and Conditions, I acknowledge and agree that I am responsible for the payment in full of all costs associated with this accommodation. I also give my authorisation to charge my credit card for any unpaid charges for damage/theft from unit(s) during the period of my occupancy.
Parking:
Yes, one off-street car park per each unit is available for free.
Room Service:
We provide room service each day if you stay more than 1 night.
Pets:
No pets are allowed to stay.
Free Shuttle to Casino:
We can book for you for a free pick up and drop off any time after 6pm.
Sky TV:
Sorry no Sky TV channels.
Netflix and YouTube:
Yes, we provide Netflix and YouTube free of charge over our ultra fast fibre broadband.
